1982 - 1990

☛ During this period, Thottiyam SS Traders started on a small scale and delivered rice to customers on bicycles. The company quickly became popular among the people due to the purity, quality and reasonable price of the rice.

1991 - 2000

☛ During this period, Thottiyam SS Traders Company, considering the need to provide quality rice to all the people at a reasonable price, introduced 7 types of Thottiyam SS brand rice as its own products to meet their needs. Subsequently, Thottiyam SS brand rice was received enthusiastically in about 600 grocery stores in 32 villages located in the surrounding areas of Thottiyam taluka.

☛ Not only in the Thottiyam area but also in other districts such as Namakkal and Karur districts, 815 traders are also asking for and buying Thottiyam SS brand rice varieties.

2001 - 2010

☛ During this period, the company opened a branch in Karur city due to the great support of the people who saw the quality and reasonable prices of the rice of Thottiyam SS Traders.

☛ In order to meet the needs of the customers, the procurement of Thottiyam SS Traders has gone beyond Tamil Nadu and has reached the northern border of India such as Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal.

2011 - 2014

☛ During this period, Thottiyam SS Traders started its own high-tech mill for its own brand products due to the extraordinary support of the customers. It also procures directly from all the rice-growing states in India. Clean and hygienic, they remove stones, grains, brown and black and sew them electronically in beautiful 5kg, 10kg, 25kg and 75kg bags to the people.

2015 - Today

☛ Our company, Thottiyam SS Traders, is growing tremendously today with 3269 customers. With the aim of providing one price for all, the company is delivering rice to the people very quickly through computerized invoices, billing, online orders and FORM TAB orders.

☛ Very soon we will be able to download our company's rice on your smart phones from GOOGLE APPS STORE and order and receive the rice you need directly from us wherever you are. Our growth, which started in a small village with a bicycle, has now expanded to 4 districts of Trichy, Namakkal, Karur and Salem.

☛ We have not only the Thottiyam SS brand but also more than 100 brands from all the paddy growing states of India like Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal.
